Why we collect it

We use information to provide product features, maintain your account, preserve the information you choose to save, support users, prevent abuse, protect the security of our services, and understand whether our products are working as intended.

What we don’t do

RumseyLab does not sell personal information or use personal information to build advertising profiles. Our products are not designed around maximizing time spent in an app or monetizing attention.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use trusted service providers to operate parts of our products, such as hosting, authentication, communications, infrastructure, security, and application distribution.

We disclose information only when needed for those providers to perform services for RumseyLab, when you ask us to do so, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, RumseyLab, or our systems.

Retention and deletion

We intend to keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the product, satisfy legitimate operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity and security of our services.

Where supported, users will be able to request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to limited information we may need to retain for legal, security, or integrity purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not represent that any system is completely immune from risk.

Children

RumseyLab products are not intended for children unless a specific product states otherwise. Stars & Mischief is intended for adults.

We may update this policy as our products evolve, our service providers change, or legal requirements develop. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
